Step1: remove ghee like layer from the top (can use when braising onions to make vagaar) or discard

Step2: Place a few tablespoons of jelly like soup in a pot and heat til it melts to a liquid

Step3: Add some Himalaya pink salt to taste (I add no salt in the boiling process) so please don’t forget this step

Optional: when drinking add a squeeze of lemon and a dash of cayenne pepper for a kick….
