Instructions

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
If meal is frozen, defrost in refrigerator for 8-12 hours prior to heating, or 2-3 hours depending on ambient temperature.
OVEN HEATING: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place container in the oven and warm meal for approximately 10 – 15 minutes (300g); 15 – 25 minutes (600g); 25 – 35 minutes (1,2kg) or until warmed through.

MICROWAVE HEATING: Remove meal from cardboard sleeve, remove clear film covering the meal container. Place container in the centre of the microwave heating area (1cm away from sides and door). Cover to with microwave cover. Heat at 100% power for 1-2 minutes (300g); 4-6 minutes (600g); 10 – 12 minutes (1,2kg) or until warmed through.

NOTE: MEALS ARE COOKED AND SO ONLY HAVE TO BE REHEATED. HEATING INSTRUCTIONS ARE A GUIDELINE ONLY AND AE BASED ON A 850 – 1100W MICROWAVE OVEN.

WARNING: CONTAINER MAY BECOME HOT WHEN HEATING. HANDLE WITH CARE.

STOVE-TOP HEATING: Transfer meal to a stove proof pot/container. Warm meal on a medium heat until heated through to desired temperature.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Meals may be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Frozen meals may be stored in freezer compartment or freezer for up to 3 months.
For best results frozen meals should be fully defrosted before heating.
Avoid defrosting and refreezing meals.
